What You'll Need:
Diffuser: Fill your diffuser with water. For every 1 ounce of water, add 2 drops of sandalwood, 2 drops of ylang-ylang, 5 drops of sweet orange, and 2 drops of ginger.
Massage Oil, Cream, or Lotion: Mix 4 ounces of unscented oil, cream, or lotion with 1 drop of sandalwood, 1 drop of ylang-ylang, 3 drops of sweet orange, and 1 drop of ginger.
Polish or Scrub: Mix 8 ounces of salt or sugar with 4 tablespoons of a carrier oil of your choice. Stir until well blended. Add 5 drops of sandalwood, 5 drops of ylang-ylang, 10 drops of sweet orange, and 2 drops of ginger.
Bath Salts (for home use): Start with 8 ounces of bulk bath salts and add 5 drops of sandalwood, 5 drops of ylang-ylang, 10 drops of sweet orange, and 2 drops of ginger. Seal tight in a cello bag.
